The Building Blocks of The Staffing Collective: From Vision to Impact
2015 - 2017: Starting at the Roots
Began with consulting and freelance recruiting work for mission-driven organizations. Learned firsthand what it meant to navigate staffing systems that weren’t built with inclusion in mind — and started planting the seeds of something different.
2018 - 2020: Scaling Strategy + Community
Launched programs supporting underrepresented recruiters, laid the foundation for what would become The Staffing Collective. Balanced entrepreneurship with contract work, while building trust across a growing network of values-aligned professionals.
2020 - NOW: Founding the Collective
The Staffing Collective officially launched. Since then, we’ve supported over 250+ founders and professionals through coaching, training, and community. What started as a resource gap has become a movement of culture-first builders shaping the future of staffing.
